Bold Women in Christ began with a simple “yes” to God.
God placed a desire on our founder’s heart to create a Christ-centered sisterhood where women could come together, grow deeper in their relationship with Him, and experience the power of walking through life surrounded by other believers.
What started as a calling to gather women for prayer, encouragement, and spiritual growth has grown into a community where women are discipled, strengthened, and reminded that they do not have to walk their faith journey alone.
Through virtual gatherings, in-person events, discipleship opportunities, and intentional fellowship, Bold Women in Christ creates a space where women can encounter God, grow in His Word, build authentic relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
We believe every woman has been called, chosen, and created with purpose. Our heart is to walk alongside women as they grow in faith, become rooted in Christ, and boldly live out the calling God has placed on their lives.
This is more than a ministry — this is a sisterhood.
Our Story
Bold Women in Christ is more than a community — it is a sisterhood set apart.
We are women who desire to pursue God deeply, live according to His Word, and encourage one another to grow in faith. We believe transformation happens when we move beyond simply hearing God’s Word and begin living it.
Our culture is built on:
Bold Faith — We stand unashamed in our faith and walk confidently in who God has called us to be.
Holiness — We seek to honor God through our choices, our character, and our everyday lives.

I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Priscilla Velez — a wife, mom of two incredible blessings, and the founder of Bold Women in Christ.
Above all, I’m a woman who loves Jesus and has experienced the transforming power of His grace. My journey has not been perfect. I’ve walked through seasons of brokenness, uncertainty, disappointment, and growth, but through every season, God has remained faithful. He used every challenge to draw me closer to Him and remind me of His love and purpose for my life.
Bold Women in Christ was not created because I had everything figured out — it was created through obedience. God placed a vision on my heart to build a Christ-centered sisterhood where women can encounter Him, grow in His Word, build authentic relationships, and be discipled into the women He created them to be.
My greatest desire is for women to know they are not alone. Whether you are just beginning your walk with Jesus or have been following Him for years, there is a place for you here.
Being a wife and mother has deepened my faith and taught me the importance of trusting God daily. Watching Him transform my own family has reminded me that He is a God of restoration, redemption, and purpose.
My heart is for discipleship because I believe every woman deserves someone to walk alongside her as she grows in Christ. Together, we will seek God, strengthen our faith, encourage one another, and boldly live out the calling He has placed on our lives.
If God can redeem my story, strengthen my family, and use my “yes” for His glory, I believe He can do the same for you.
